Starting fare (up to 1,096m): 500 yen
Additional fare (per 255m): 100 yen
Time and Distance Combined Fare
For speeds of 10 km/h or less, 100 yen will be charged for every 1 minute 35 seconds (95 seconds).
Midnight/Early Morning Surcharge Fare
2x from 22:00 to 5:00
Public Discount
10% discount (upon presentation of a driving history certificate, disability certificate, child-rearing handbook, or mental disability welfare handbook).
Long Distance Discount
A 10% discount on the fare exceeding 9,000 yen.
Pick-up/Drop-off Charge
300 yen per pick-up

What payment methods are available?
We accept cash, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, etc.), transportation IC cards like Suica and Pasmo, and digital payment options like PayPay. Please inform the driver of your preferred payment method at the time of payment.

Yes, Takeuchi Taxi operates on a reservation-only basis to provide smooth and reliable service. Advance reservations allow us to prepare thoroughly for your ride. Same-day reservations are also accepted, making it easy to accommodate last-minute changes.
Can I use your services late at night or early in the morning?

Is long-distance travel possible?
Yes, we can accommodate long-distance trips not only within Tokyo and the Kanto area but also to more distant locations as needed.
What is the sightseeing taxi service?
Our sightseeing taxi service is certified by the Tokyo Taxi Center, allowing us to provide guided tours around Tokyo’s famous attractions. Our knowledgeable drivers can tailor the sightseeing route based on your preferences, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. English-speaking drivers are also available to cater to inbound tourists.

What areas are available for service?
For taxis in Tokyo, the operational area includes the 23 wards of Tokyo, Mitaka City, and Musashino City. This means that as long as either the starting point or the destination is within this operational area, the service is allowed.
For example:
・Trips like Saitama → Chiba (both outside the operational area) are prohibited.
・Trips like Tokyo 23 wards → Aomori Prefecture or Fukuoka Prefecture → Mitaka City are allowed.
What is the maximum number of passengers and luggage capacity?
Excluding the driver, the vehicle can accommodate up to 6 adults
(children under 12 are counted as follows: 3 children = 2 adults; 2 children = 2 adults).
For luggage, the vehicle can generally carry around 4 large suitcases and 4 small suitcases.
